On any given day, 80% of New Zealanders are 5km or less from a Z station. The concept ‘Closer’ was developed for the 2018 integrated report. Capturing the closeness of the Z brand to customers as well as a developing understanding of what matters most.
Documenting the life and travels of a New Zealand family intersecting with Z’s retail offer and associated forms of technology provided a strong storytelling element across the whole report.
